Steve Cadigan built his strategic leadership advisory firm, Cadigan Talent Ventures LLC, on a foundation of industry-changing success. His work with leading VC firms including Andreesen Horowitz and Greylock helps shape the way Silicon Valley operates.
From 2009 to 2012, Cadigan served as LinkedIn’s VP of Talent. Under his leadership, LinkedIn grew from a 400-person private firm to a 5,000-employee publicly traded powerhouse. Business leaders still consult Cadigan’s work as an ideal example of how culture, leadership, and organizational structure can drive growth. Stanford University uses Cadigan’s success at LinkedIn as a case study for its business students.
Prior to his triumph at LinkedIn, Cadigan was Cisco’s Director of HR for the Asia-Pacific region, and its Director of HR M&A. He then served as Global VP of HR at PMC-Sierra, and as Electronic Arts’ VP of HR before joining LinkedIn.
