As an advisor to Vulpes Investment Management, where he previously handled their Testudo Fund, and as an advisor to Matterhorn Asset Management, Grant brings a wealth of experience to the table. Speaker Grant Williams also serves on the board of directors of the Vantage Point Firebell Australian Macro Fund. This hedge fund was created to profit from a crisis in the Australian property market.
Grant began his career trading Japanese equities and derivatives in Tokyo and London. He now has over 30 years of experience in the Asian equity markets. After that, Grant worked in Hong Kong, New York, and Singapore, where he ran Asian equity, ADR/GDR trading desks, and convertible bonds. He also spent time in Sydney, where he traded Australian equities. Furthermore, Grant has worked for UBS and Credit Suisse. Later in his career, he served as the Head of Asian Trading for Jeffries in Singapore.
